Buildings
Water ingress, concrete spalling, honeycombing, rebar mapping and facade investigations. Applications span commercial buildings, cladding, architectural walls and heritage restoration.

Proven non-contact radar imaging. Robotic inspection. AI-assisted analysis. WaveScan brings hidden asset conditions into view—and forms the sensing core of our Inspection & Integrity OS.
Explore WaveScanWaveScan combines non-destructive sensing, automated data collection and digital analysis to investigate the condition of buildings and infrastructure.
High-resolution microwave and radar-based imaging reveals evidence beyond the visible surface: water ingress, voids, reinforcement and embedded features.
Our full-stack approach connects inspection hardware to 2D/3D analysis and reporting. InspectOS extends this foundation into a common asset record, professional review and remediation workflow within Eternia’s AI and physical AI orchestration OS.
A 0.4–6 GHz frequency range supports microwave and radar imaging. Transmitted signals penetrate the material; reflected signals support reconstruction of embedded features and anomalies at different depths. Scans can be stitched into larger condition maps for investigation and reporting.
WaveScan supports multilayer material analysis and repeatable scanning patterns. The portable specification lists an approximately 100 mm standoff, enabling inspection without direct sensor contact. Actual penetration and resolution depend on the material, condition and configuration.

Portable scanners, motorised rails, robotic arms, large-area systems, climbing platforms and rope access adapt the sensing workflow to the asset. Automated scan paths support consistent coverage and reduce repetitive manual data collection.

Integrity investigations across industrial structures, including tank-support structures, ship berths and sulphur pits, where hidden conditions can be difficult to assess visually.
Structural concrete and chimney-stack inspection, with sensing-led investigation of embedded conditions in power-generation assets.
Bridge and tunnel inspection, reinforcement localisation and structural condition investigations, including double-layer rebar mapping.
A whole-roof WaveScan investigation localised hotspots after repeated patchwork and re-roofing had failed to resolve persistent water ingress. Depth-based imaging helped identify entry and exit paths and potential spalling.
A slab investigation identified hotspots associated with moisture, honeycombing and rebar corrosion. Findings were mapped across the inspected area to support focused assessment and repair planning.
WaveScan provides the deep sensing. InspectOS connects the complete inspection and integrity lifecycle.
We are building InspectOS around a shared asset model that brings WaveScan evidence together with drone imagery, mobile capture, thermal data and LiDAR.
AI-assisted analysis, engineer review and endorsed reporting connect findings to repair scopes, budgets and verified closure. The roadmap adds direct drone and robot orchestration, multimodal correlation and portfolio-level condition intelligence.
Plan the inspection and map visual imagery and WaveScan results to the same building, component and inspection history.
Review AI-assisted findings, assess hidden-defect evidence and bring specialist judgment into the decision.
Turn approved findings into repair actions, track completion evidence and use reinspection to verify outcomes.
