Cleaning is where our orchestration thesis first met daily operations.

SmartClean is Eternia’s first fully deployed and proven model for sensing-led cleaning management, with a deployment base spanning 200+ buildings across APAC. Its foundation connects real-time facility signals, work instructions, cleaning teams and management visibility.

The existing platform supports sensor-informed cleaning, a cleaner app, dashboards and operational reporting. This gives us a practical starting point for a broader AI and robotics orchestration layer.

SmartClean OS is now evolving from managing cleaning work toward coordinating both people and machines. Autonomous robot-fleet control and broader agentic FM workflows are the next stage of that evolution.

Eternia Robotics develops the physical execution layer: purpose-built robots, embodied intelligence, manipulation and teleoperation connected to our orchestration OS.

Our target is a coordinated fleet across FM use cases, with mission status, completion evidence and exceptions flowing back into Eternia AI. The rollout builds from domain-specific workflows rather than assuming every task can be autonomous today.
